MIXING MACHINE UNIT（HlGH SPEED MlXER 、COOLING MlXER）

This machine is suitable for the high speed mixing (cooling mixing) of thermoplastic resins such as PVC．The mixing barrel adopts sandwich steel, inner wall is made of stainless steel and barrelhead is lifted by cylinder creates convenient opening and closing (It will automatically turn off the motor when the barrelhead opened), mixing blade is made of wearproof stainless steel and control by electric.
The mixing unit can cooperate with automatic measuring system to achieve 100% intelligent zed. With the control of the PLC, there are 3 operation modes for selection including manual mode，automatic mode and serial mode. Automatic control the whole process of feeding，mixing and discharging, optional remote software to achieve remote control and data record etc.

The barrel cover is lifted by cylinder, which is convenient to open and close. The motor is shut off when the barrel cover is opened. The blades are made of wear-resistant stainless steel and electrically controlled.
Mixing unit can cooperate with automatic metering system, through PLC control, choose manual, automatic, connected three kinds of operation mode, automatic control of feeding, mixing, unloading the whole process, at the same time optional remote software, remote monitoring equipment, data recording and other functions.
